Terms & Conditions
for Coaching, Mentoring & Energy/Mediumship Guidance
Michelle Laura Hofer, Aire GmbH – Bern, Switzerland

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, and contracts related to coaching, mentoring sessions, and mediumship guidance (within the framework of energy work) provided by Michelle Laura Hofer, based in the Canton of Bern, Switzerland – both in-person and online.

2. Description of Services & Locations
The services offered aim at personal development and spiritual guidance. They do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or healing treatments.
Clients assume full responsibility for the use of the content and its effects.
Sessions take place either in Bern or online via suitable platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype). The specific format is agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are arranged individually.
• Free cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full fee is due (exceptions may be arranged individually).
• If the provider cancels, a replacement appointment will be offered, or the fee will be refunded upon request.

4. Fees & Payment

• Prices are based on the current offer (see website or individual agreement).
• Payment is made in advance or immediately after the session (Twint, bank transfer, cash).
• Already paid services are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the provider.

5. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
The guidance provided is within the scope of coaching/mentoring and does not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment.
Michelle Laura Hofer accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken by clients based on the sessions.

Special Note for Online Sessions
Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and a quiet, undisturbed space during the session.
If interruptions or session terminations occur due to technical problems on the client’s side, the fee may still be due. In case of provider-side interruptions, a replacement appointment will be offered.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All conversations and session contents are treated strictly confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
For online sessions, data protection-compliant platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) are used. The provider assumes no liability for data protection risks arising from third-party platforms.

7. Copyright & Recordings
All content, materials, or recordings provided by Michelle Laura Hofer are protected by copyright. Sharing, publication, or commercial use is only allowed with written consent.

8. International Clients
Services may also be provided online for clients abroad. The same conditions apply as for domestic sessions.
Payment is made in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or transaction fees (e.g., for international transfers) are the responsibility of the client.
Communication will be in German or English, depending on the agreement.

9. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Regardless of the client’s place of residence, Swiss law exclusively applies to all contracts and legal relationships.
Jurisdiction is Bern, Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
