Working with the energy field

Depending on where we feel a lack or which formative experiences we have had, our energy system can become very weakened. Our energy system consists of several layers – from the chakras, which guide our life energy, to the meridians, which regulate the flow of energy through the body, to our aura, which protects us from negative influences. When these layers are blocked or unstable, we may become too open, absorb energies from outside that don’t belong to us, or unconsciously harm ourselves.

This can manifest in unhealthy patterns: we attract similar situations or people who mirror our old wounds, we often feel drained or overwhelmed, or we experience diffuse fears and inner restlessness without knowing exactly why. The energy system reflects our inner state – the clearer and more stable it is, the freer, lighter and more balanced we feel.

By consciously working on strengthening and caring for our energy system, we can experience incredible changes. This can be achieved through practices such as meditation, breathwork, energetic cleansing, mindful release of old patterns, movement, visualising or targeted energy work. By consciously nurturing our system, our perception becomes clearer, we become more resilient to external influences, our intuition strengthens, and we feel more alive, balanced, and in harmony with ourselves and our surroundings.

The more we learn to sense, direct and protect our own energy, the more we experience life on a deeper level. We are no longer driven by old patterns or external circumstances, but can act from an inner power that brings stability, joy and ease.
