The so-called «normal life»

What if many people feel they don’t fit into this world, feel different, but simply don’t talk about it? Perhaps it’s because most of us have accepted the idea of a so-called «normal» life. But in truth, we are all individuals with our own unique paths—and that alone calls the concept of «normal» into question. Mabye, because your world should be created by you?

Growing up, this is how we are taught to live. Today, living authentically is seen as brave. Pursuing your dreams is considered risky. But maybe it only seems that way because we were never truly taught to believe in ourselves and trust in our dreams—and now it takes extra effort to do so.

Many of us have followed a traditional path, focused on status, money, and security. There’s nothing wrong with that, but it often leaves little room for individuality. What I’ve learned through my work is that we all carry a unique spark inside us. The spark that makes us different from anyone else. You are a unique blend of talents, characteristics, and energy—and I hope you take the time to shape yourself into the diamond you are capable of becoming.

This growth comes through personal development, especially if you’re in a place where you feel dissatisfied or stuck. It’s about uncovering why you followed a path that didn’t quite fit. The money may be good, the status may be high—but something is still missing.

I know this feeling well. I spent years in the advertising industry, determined to become the best creative director on the market. By age 28, I had won several awards, worked for some of the world’s biggest brands, and had a bright future ahead as agencies offered me incredible opportunities. I had reached the point I had always dreamed of—but in that moment, I realized something was missing.

After months of struggling with myself, I let go of that path and became self-employed as a brand designer. Five years later, after years of inner work and uncovering many layers of myself, I’ve found my new path with AIRE—and it is profoundly fulfilling.

I believe that maybe we don’t have just one purpose in life, and that many of us have multiple callings. But truly following your dreams and passions is one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. My hope is that my journey can inspire you to try the same. I truly believe that following your true callings leads to the most abundant life possible.

And on that note, I can truly recommend inner work on a deeper level, to «unpack» what needs to be unpacked in order to dive deeper into your aligned truth.
